CDBG-DR Housing Program Documentation

This video presents selected documentation produced between 2020 and 2024 for housing initiatives funded through the Community Development Block Grant – Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) program in Puerto Rico. The work includes on-site coverage, participant-focused storytelling, and field production within federally funded institutional environments, supporting public-facing communication under structured compliance and reporting standards. My contribution focused on video production and post-production within collaborative agency and government teams, translating program activities and community impact into clear visual narratives aligned with institutional communication objectives.
